"My favourite fall snack is persimmon sprinkled with cinnamon and sometimes nut butter. Because it's a fall/winter fruit and not around the rest of the year, I eat them as much as I can while they're in season. They taste so amazing with cinnamon. I also love delicata squash rings--I just bake sliced rings of delicata squash and they are super sweet on their own and delicious too with a little maple syrup. I'm also a huge fan of making brussel sprout crisps in the oven, basically just baking brussel sprout leaves until their nice and crisp--yum!"

"I've never been a huge snacker but when I'm craving something I usually go for honey roasted almonds (I can eat a whole bag if I'm not careful) or apples and peanut butter! I also treat myself to dessert multiple times a week because life is just way too short to not eat chocolate."

"Fresh fruits and veggies are usually my go-to snacks- pomegranate seeds in particular are my favorite in the fall because they're in season!
Beet or butternut squash hummus with hemp seeds and a side of fresh veggies is also a go-to of mine since root vegetables are important to incorporate into our diets and squashes are at their peak.
I also love to make a steamed cauliflower, zucchini and almond butter smoothie because it's rich in healthy fats and fiber and low in carbs."
